Job Description and Requirements The Regional Director of Development & Selection will be responsible for leading agent recruitment, development, and retention, focusing on top performing agents. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Spearhead the recruitment of high-producing agents by targeting individuals with significant sales records and potential for high GCI, focusing on enhancing the agent roster.
- Provide personalized coaching and business development strategies to help agents surpass sales goals, aiming to maximize their gross commission income and market presence.
- Enhance agent skills and knowledge through continuous training opportunities, promoting a culture of learning and professional growth.
- Implement and teach the Ninja Selling System to optimize agents' sales strategies and client interaction techniques.
- Guide agents in utilizing company tools and platforms effectively, including Kuper Connect, Cloud CMA, ActivePipe, and other proprietary technologies to enhance their listing presentations and lead conversion processes.
- Support and promote partnerships with financial and title services like Preserve Title and Domain Mortgage, ensuring agents utilize these partnerships effectively to meet their business goals.
- Cultivate a positive, engaging workplace culture, and represent the company in community and industry events, enhancing the company's local and professional presence.
- Track and analyze agent performance and business outcomes to ensure alignment with company goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans that align with company objectives, focusing on long-term growth and sustainability.
- Stay informed on market trends and industry changes to advise agents accurately and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain competitive edge.
Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred to support a deep understanding of business and real estate dynamics
- Minimum of five years previous job related work experience
- Minimum of five years previous job related management experience
- Demonstrated leadership in a high-growth setting, preferably within real estate, showing the ability to manage and inspire teams towards achieving business objectives
- Strong capabilities in building relationships and recruiting top talent, particularly high-performing real estate agents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, necessary for effective coaching and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with real estate processes, systems, and technology to support and train agents effectively
- Technological Proficiency: Adept in using advanced technology tools for communication, database management, and market analysis to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Project Management software (e.g., Monday.com) Google Suite, and Ninja selling system
