Retail and Hospitality brand is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager who is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, renovations, and upgrades for all current and future properties owned by the company. This includes three active restaurant locations in NJ and DE, as well as two retail centers. The Facilities Manager ensures that all buildings, equipment, and parking areas are properly maintained, preventative maintenance is conducted, and renovations are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple projects across both restaurant and retail properties.Restaurant Properties - currently consists of 3 active restaurants (Fairfield, NJ, Woodbridge, NJ, & Christiana, DE)Building/Equipment/Parking Maintenance:Conduct quarterly/monthly inspectionsVerify scheduled preventative maintenance is being performed on all equipmentEnsure all company facility standards and specifications are followed by restaurant managementIdentify potential problems and solve them before it affects the restaurant operationsNegotiate and submit all facilities contracts to corporate office for signatureProvide concise weekly status reports to CEORenovations and upgrades:Create budget and scope of work with specificationsBid work out to contractors using company formsSubmit bids to CEO for approvalOversee and manage work to company's standardsRetail Properties - currently consists of 2 retail centersBuilding/Equipment/Parking Maintenance:Conduct quarterly inspectionsServe as Tenant liaisonCoordinate all repairs with Tenant that are Landlord's responsibilityMonitor Tenants responsibilities and compliance with facilities under their LeaseBenefits:Health insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurancePaid time offPaid trainingReferral programCar allowance, company lease programCell Phone Reimbursement & work perks
