Maxwell Group/Senior Living Communities, based in Charlotte owns and manages luxury retirement communities along with other related senior living care entities in Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina & South Carolina. Now accepting applications for a Regional Facilities Director. The goal for this position is to assist in the reduction of turnover, reduction in vendor expenses, and improve regulatory compliance across the Company. Responsible for orientation, on- boarding, and ongoing training of facilities and housekeeping staff throughout the Company. Ideal candidate has technical training in mechanics, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, or HVAC, experience in construction/renovations and housing/commercial refurbishment, and experience in a similar maintenance position. The position is located at the Home Office in Charlotte. Hybrid work schedule. 4-5 days of travel per week required which could include some overnights and weekends.POSITION SUMMARY: The goal for this position is to assist in the reduction of turnover, reduction in vendor expenses, and to improve regulatory compliance across the Company. To achieve this goal orientation, on- boarding, and ongoing training of facilities and housekeeping staff throughout the Company will be key. Will be able to resolve problems quickly.interact & effectively communicate with others.Works alongside team members in the field to facilitate a timely and complete response for our members and team members to lower the cost and need of vendors.Responsibilities will encompass plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, cleaning, minor HVAC, security, landscaping/irrigation or hauling.Must be flexible and can travel throughout the Senior Living Communities portfolio, sometimes with very short notice.
