Department:OrganizingLocation:Salary: $5,500/monthJob Location: Multiple locations across PennsylvaniaReports to: Deputy GOTV ManagerKamala Harris' Coordinated Campaign and the Pennsylvania Democratic Party is hiring a Regional GOTV Director to work with our wide-scale organizing operation and across departments in the fight for the soul of our nation.The Regional GOTV Director will report to the Deputy GOTV Manager and be responsible for flawlessly implementing the GOTV plan at the regional level and coordinating across departments, in close partnership with the Regional Organizing Director, to mobilize voters in 2024.In this position you will:Secure and oversee logistics for 10+ staging location offices, including tracking and distributing office supplies and materialsTrain, manage, and handle operations for long-term volunteers and large groups of out-of-state volunteers coming to your regionAssist with tracking and meeting GOTV goals and deadlinesAssist with volunteer recruitment, management, and support where needed to ensure your region meets it's GOTV goalsManage and assign vans to get voters to the pollsRecruit, manage, and assign supporter housingKeep your team and volunteers focused and motivated in a high-stress, rigorous work schedule and environmentAdhere to stated deadlines and maintain effective communication with state leadershipTop things we're looking for:Strong operational experience, including logistics, process and people coordination, project management, and program managementTwo or more cycles of campaign experience, including during GOTVExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsGoal-oriented and self-disciplined mindset; able to meet tight deadlines and multitaskAbility to work in a fast-paced, high pressure work environmentAbility to work long and irregular hours, including nights and weekendsEnthusiasm for building meaningful relationships in the communities we're organizingStrong commitment to Democratic politics and ideals, and enthusiasm for electing Kamala Harris and TIm Walz, and Democrats up and down the ballotFamiliarity with or willingness to learn campaign technology including Google Sheets and VotebuilderA valid driver's license and reliable motor vehicleWillingness to travel: 50% (Preferred)This role is a full time, in person role located in cities across Pennsylvania.The Pennsylvania Democratic Party (PDP), is committed to diversity among its staff, and recognizes that its continued success requires the highest commitment to obtaining and retaining a diverse staff that provides the best quality services to supporters and constituents.
