The Regional Head of Growth is responsible for creating and implementing a successful expansion strategy through all channels to drive and optimize omni growth and profitability across the region. In this role you deliver the short-term and long-term business goals through securing financially sales channels as well as new business models and opportunities, and you perpetually seek new ways of working with our brand ID in mind About COS: Since our launch in 2007 we have opened stores and sell online in over 40 countries worldwide. Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities includes but is not limited to**
  • Secure and deliver a successful growth and expansion strategy for COS in North America for all sales channels, short and long term in line with the business goals
  • Create development for our own channels as well as new business models and opportunities such as different marketplaces and new revenue streams
  • Collaborate with Head of Growth and with the Regional Managing Director to secure yearly CAPEX/OPEX budget for store expansion is prioritized in line with expansion strategy
  • Collaborate with the H&M Group Expansion Team in all the markets within the region to align targets and follow up on expectations and outcomes, as well as to manage the portfolio of existing stores and evaluate business cases
  • Develop and manage the online expansion strategy together with the online teams and market launch projects
  • Present for final approval business cases before signing for relevant stakeholders
  • Manage all stakeholders to co-ordinate Market Entry preparation, collaborating with Brand/Market/Global Expansion
  • Travel to verify, review, and make decisions on new locations/markets, in line with overall expansion strategy, securing full growth potential and expansion targets
  • Actively manage the portfolio by making sure the full potential is mapped in all our sales channels
  • Work with consumer data research and insights to optimize our growth plan
  • Lead change processes in a confident way, reinforce agility and cross functional way of working within the Regional Team
  • Analyze KPIs, portfolio and planning including omni (new stores, consolidations, optimization, renegotiations, SP10)
  • Evaluate market portfolio action strategies (new, renegs, consolidations), provided by the markets, to assure they are aligned with brand market strategy
QualificationsAdditional Information This is a Full-time position offering 40 hours a week.
