Position Title: Regional Insurance Director 2

Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for creating incremental revenue growth within assigned markets in terms of new business sales and retention results for their direct sales reports. The incumbent will assist in developing productive cross sell relationships with Wholesale Banking and Advisory Group teammates. They will focus on coaching and training of business development and client relationship skills while influencing positive collaboration with service teammates.
Primary Responsibilities:
Acts as group leader for a specified number of insurance sales professionals. Accountable to administer business plans and goals, develop sales and technical insurance skills, attend customer calls and account servicing ride alongs. Provides regular performance feedback. Ensures adherence to all Insurance and Bank related policies and procedures. Positively influences service teammates.
Assists direct reports with marketing to new prospective clients through both self sourced and bank referred opportunities. Ensures regular client communication to optimize relationship opportunities while initiating cross sell opportunities for all bank partners. Mentors for personal growth and career development.
Collaborates with peer leaders within Insurance and Banking as well as internal corporate resource partners such as Finance and Human Resources to enhance execution of strategic objectives. Sustains relevant relationships with external centers of influence as well as internal business partners to promote and advocate the Insurance vision for growth, profile and branding in market.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
