Harrison Gray Search is working with an elite organization seeking an Insurance Sales Agent.

Are you a self-motivated, results-oriented professional with a passion for building strong relationships and driving sales success? We're seeking an experienced Regional Insurance Sales Manager to lead and grow a key territory. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely while making a significant impact on connecting businesses and individuals with tailored insurance solutions.

In this role, you'll oversee the development of new business opportunities and foster strong client relationships. With a focus on workers' compensation, health insurance, farm packages, and agribusiness commercial policies, you'll play a pivotal role in driving success in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales goals for property & casualty, health insurance, and benefit lines within your territory.
  • Conduct on-site and farm visits to understand client needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, cooperative members, and prospects.
  • Partner with internal teams, including Account Executives and Managers, to deliver seamless service and drive results through a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth objectives.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using company-provided tools.
  • Stay informed about regulatory and market changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Represent the organization at local events and within the community to strengthen relationships and enhance visibility.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years' sales experience, preferably in insurance, marketing, or business development.
  • A background in agriculture or familiarity with rural communities is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage a diverse audience.
  • Ability to work independently while managing relationships with internal teams, clients, and business partners.
  • Property & Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain within the required timeframe).
  • Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel extensively (75-100%).
