Bank of Marin, voted by our employees as one of the Best Places to Work in the North Bay Business Journal, is looking for a Commercial Banking Regional Manager overseeing the San Francisco region and reporting to the Head of Commercial Banking.
This is a full-time position that requires both office-based and off-site visits. The Commercial Banking Regional Manager will manage a growing Commercial Banking team which includes directing the lenders' daily sales activities, overseeing loan structuring and underwriting, as well as ensuring proactive relationship management. Target prospects have revenues in the $10 million to $100 million range. Both Commercial RE and C&I lending should equate to in excess of $1 million as well as managing the depository relationship of the client/prospect. The Commercial Banking Regional Manager will be responsible for bottom line balance sheet growth goals in their region. The Commercial Banking Regional Manager should have significant expertise and experience with market knowledge, sales and exceptional commercial lending practices.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 7 - 10 years related experience and/or training.
Educational Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university required; Master's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
The hiring pay range for this position is $192,646.00 to $279,338.00. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
