What You'll Do: As our Regional Manager, you'll:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of dedicated Quality Assurance and Training Coordinators, Program Managers, Personal Attendants, and Direct Support Professionals.
  • Ensure our services meet compliance standards and exceed quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive innovative, person-centered solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with families, stakeholders, and community partners.
  • Visit sites regularly to engage with staff and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Develop employee recognition and retention strategies, fostering a motivated, inclusive team culture.
Who You Are: We're looking for someone with:
  • At least 2 years of proven leadership experience in human services, especially in the developmental disabilities field.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field (Preferred).
  • A passion for helping others, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A track record of managing multiple priorities, meeting goals, and leading teams to success.
  • An understanding of regulations and compliance standards in the developmental disabilities sector.
  • A willingness to travel within your designated region.
