Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Manager to join our team. This individual will participate in an intensive 6-month training program at our corporate office in Houston, Texas, before taking a leadership role in a designated U.S. metropolitan area. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction across all projects and overseeing the regional P&L. This role involves business development, client management, and operational oversight, with the goal of ensuring the success of your region. This position will report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in a comprehensive 6-month training program, learning the intricacies of our consulting services across Environmental, Civil Engineering, Risk, Resiliency, and more.
• Uphold AARC Group's “Client First” philosophy by ensuring high levels of client satisfaction across all projects.
• Manage the Regional P&L, ensuring financial performance aligns with company goals.
• Drive business development initiatives, expanding AARC Group's services and client base within the region.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring project success and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement business strategies and achieve regional growth targets.
• Ensure operational excellence and efficiency in your region, including resource allocation and project execution.
• 25% travel required for client visits and regional oversight.
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA from a reputable university.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development.
• Managerial experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial acumen to manage P&L responsibilities.
• Willingness to relocate to a mutually agreed U.S. metropolitan area after the training period.
