04th November, 2024The Wilner group has teamed up with a property management firm, this company oversees properties across the northeastern region. Together we are looking for a Regional Manager to oversee the Jersey/Philadelphia area, this is a full-time, on-site position with a compensation of $110k. Responsibilities:
- The Regional Manager is responsible for all actions, which involve or influence the properties he/she supervises.
- He/she is accountable to the owner, the company, and all appropriate agencies for any policies and actions affecting the property.
- The Regional Manager must fully understand and be able to carry out all company policies in dealing with the properties, their owners, and their residents.
- The Regional Manager must know and understand the owner's objectives with the property and manage the property best to coincide with these objectives.
- The goal is to improve the value of the real estate and produce maximum economic benefit.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- 5 years of property management experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
