ARSA is a collective of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery Practices, providing the most advanced and cutting-edge reconstructive surgery in the United States. Specializing in Breast Reconstruction, microsurgical nerve repair, trauma surgery, craniofacial reconstructions, hand and upper extremity repair, ARSA practices have set the stage for the best tertiary care in the world.

ARSA has expanded its footprint to the Florida market, complementing its national footprint. We are seeking a Regional Manager of Operations with the ability and experience to oversee office operations, hospital relationships, physician relations and programmatic growth across the State.

Job Summary:

As the Regional Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the operations, administration and staff throughout Florida, while assisting us in growing across the Southeast United States. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, compliance with regulations, and the achievement of financial and operational goals. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to drive excellence in our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the surgical offices in the Florida market and serve as a liaison to the other practice locations in the State.
  • Demonstrate active involvement in all practice management growth initiatives
  • Monitor and partner with each practice to optimize patient flow, appointment scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Manage partnerships with local Hospital systems and Physician practices to ensure continuity of care and the best patient experience.
  • Represent ARSA at regional meetings and conferences.

Integrations Liaison:

  • Take a leading role in integrating new Physicians and Practices into the ARSA platform, playing a key role in ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Use project management skills, including keen attention to detail, to facilitate seamless integration of new Physicians into ARSA.

Staff Management:

  • Partner with and provide consultation to practice management staff within the region.
  • For any direct reports, conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support staff development and growth opportunities within ARSA.
  • Promote a positive work culture that fosters teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a key resource to staff and providers, improving organizational engagement and performance.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for facilities in the region in collaboration with the corporate office staff and in alignment with key strategic initiatives and growth strategies.
  • Analyze performance analytics to inform decision-making including monthly volume, revenue, and expense.
  • Identify, document, and present cost-effective measures to improve practice profitability.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management and Physician partners to develop, present, and execute regional business strategies.
  • Identify and present opportunities for practice expansion and organic growth, analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to inform decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in multi-site practice management, with a proven track record of leadership and achievement. Strong consideration given to office-based practices, ASC management and dialysis management as examples.
  • Track record of experience partnering with Physicians and comfortable in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong financial acumen, and budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Leadership and team-building skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Practice management metrics.
  • Ability to adapt to changing healthcare trends and technologies.
  • Availability for regional travel and occasional evening work as the situation requires.
