A successful Regional Warehouse Manager shall oversee warehouse and warehouse personnel in each ECC location; ensure all supply chain/warehouse/inventory management policies, procedures, systems, & processes are in compliance and consistent throughout ECC; aid in recruitment, hiring, & training of warehouse personnel; new warehouse location setup, organization, segregation, & structure. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of materials handling equipment; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; familiarity with forklifts and pallet jacks and the functionality of each; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data. Amount of travel will fluctuate, but can be extensive at times.

To be considered for this position, a candidate must possess the ability to lift and manipulate materials and equipment up to 75 pounds. Work is performed both inside and outside in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and precipitation, and in rugged terrain such as back easements, rural locations and at active construction sites. Noise level can range from moderate to loud and from intermediate to constant.
