They have around 20 US employees and a much larger business globally.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly motivated Regional Managing Director (RMD) to oversee and drive the operational performance of our Power Transmission and Distribution (T&D) business. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead the company's operations across North America and globally, reporting directly to the CEO.The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in the T&D sector, with a proven track record of leadership, operational excellence, and strategic growth. As RMD, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, optimizing business processes, and driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and profitability.
