What You'll Do:
As our Regional Manager, you'll:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of dedicated Quality Assurance and Training Coordinators, Program Managers, Personal Attendants, and Direct Support Professionals.
- Ensure our services meet compliance standards and exceed quality expectations.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive innovative, person-centered solutions.
- Build strong relationships with families, stakeholders, and community partners.
- Visit sites regularly to engage with staff and ensure a positive work environment.
- Develop employee recognition and retention strategies, fostering a motivated, inclusive team culture.
Who You Are:
We're looking for someone with:
- At least 2 years of proven leadership experience in human services, especially in the developmental disabilities field.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field (Preferred).
- A passion for helping others, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A track record of managing multiple priorities, meeting goals, and leading teams to success.
- An understanding of regulations and compliance standards in the developmental disabilities sector.
- A willingness to travel within your designated region.
