Your Mission

The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for helping to develop and will own the execution of an integrated demand generation marketing strategy to target accounts in the Americas. The role focuses on new logos and expansion, as well as selected one to one Account Based Marketing and one to few programs. This candidate will have experience planning and executing multi-touch programs to reach new and existing audiences through events, content syndication, and multi-touch digital and offline channels.

The ideal candidate has the ability to work from strategy to execution, collaborate with a variety of stakeholders in marketing and sales, and has a minimum of 5 years of b2b marketing experience at technology companies. As a member of the Americas Regional Marketing team this role requires the candidate to partner closely with product marketing and sales to conceptualize programs and campaigns and work across the marketing organization to execute integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate enjoys building programs from the ground up and getting involved in all aspects of execution.

What you'll do at UiPath

* Collaborate with product marketing, subject matter experts and sales to establish priorities, goals and KPIs, and develop strategic and tactical plans to deliver effective programs and campaigns targeted to a broad range of companies, one to one, and one to few.

* Plan, develop, execute, and optimize robust multi-touch and multi-channel programs that capture top-of-funnel prospects and progress them toward qualified leads.

* Measure, analyze, and report overall campaign performance, pipeline, and conversion rates.

* Occasion Travel: 20%

What you'll bring to the team

* 5 + years of success working as a marketer, including demand generation and campaign management in a B2B software or IT environment. Well-rounded experience with expansion, new logo, account based one to one marketing, and one to few marketing programs.

* Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, intent tools, and marketing automation software

* Experience in online and digital marketing, including understanding of the latest B2B customer engagement tactics; and extensive experience planning and executing online and in person events and tradeshow participation

* Excellent written and oral communication and project management skills.

* Hands on with all elements of tactics. You must be comfortable executing tactics and designing strategy. A track record of being resourceful and self-reliant is a must

* Experience working with BDR teams to ensure lead follow-up and lead conversion to opportunities.
