NXP Semiconductors is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Regional Marketing Manager for South EMEA, with a specific focus on our Microcontroller (MCU) portfolio.
Location Requirement: This position is based in Italy (preferred). Candidates from other South EMEA countries may be considered if they have extensive experience in the region and relevant industry knowledge.

About the Role
This high-impact role involves driving go-to-market strategies across South EMEA, with a focus on increasing revenue, market share, and demand creation through distributor channels and key customers. This is an opportunity to collaborate across diverse regions and functions, delivering significant business results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy and Business Development
* Lead targeted marketing strategies and programs with corporate distributors and key accounts.
* Collaborate closely with Sales and Field Application Engineering (FAE) teams to identify and secure high-value opportunities.
* Ensure alignment with EMEA sales KPIs, driving measurable growth in demand creation.
2. New Product Introductions
* Manage regionalized marketing efforts for NXP's MCU product launches.
* Develop competitive strategies and guide Sales teams to counter market competition effectively.
??3. Customer and Ecosystem Engagement
* Directly engage with customers to drive adoption of NXP's solutions.
* Provide customer feedback to Business Lines (BL) for product refinement.
* Collaborate with ecosystem partners to influence technical specifications and design flows.
Candidate Profile: Essential Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Proven experience in the semiconductor or technology industry, particularly in business development or product management.
* Deep understanding of EMEA semiconductor distribution networks, or related areas.
* Strong technical foundation in Microcontrollers, Microprocessors, ARM cores.
* Fluent in English (mandatory)
* Demonstrated ability to build strategic customer relationships, align with sales goals, and deliver impactful results.
* Previous experience in driving sales through 3rd-party distribution networks and design houses is a significant advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Background in Electrical Engineering (MBA is a plus).
* Familiarity with NXP's competitors and experience in system solutions.
