Live Well. Get Results.About the Position: Regional Membership Advisor Manager We are seeking a Regional Membership Advisor to lead and manage our Membership Advisors. The Regional Membership Manager plays an integral role in all aspects of managing our sales team including managing, scheduling, giving supervisory support and hiring new team members. The Regional Membership Manager position will be tasked with supporting and growing our sales team by supervising the team's productivity, attendance and supporting program development. Hours of the position: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday: 10am-7pm; Saturday/Sunday 10am-4pmWhat You'll Do: Under the direction of the COO and the Regional Sales Manager, The Regional Membership Advisor Manager will lead the Membership Advisors to ensure best in class execution in our Sales Department with an emphasis on employee and member satisfaction. You will provide management support to all Membership Advisors in the Sales Department including performance management and improvement, operations, and administrative support to the Team. You will play a vital part in ensuring the Membership Advisors' success in all aspects of sales and operations with the team. You will be part of the management team which includes General Club Managers and will support the Wellness Department services provided to each club. Your responsibilities will include acting as the primary point person for all Membership Advisors data, reporting, and support in the company. As you grow in the role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to expanded programming, process improvements and efficiency recommendations in all aspects of the management of the Wellness Team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the scheduling and planning of Membership Advisors.
  • Provide oversight of Membership Advisors including hiring, performance review and improvement plans
  • Cultivate and maintain an innovative and current training program for Membership Advisors.
  • Support Team weekend availability by filling in for clubs needing coverage or back fill any missing shifts as needed.
  • Administrative requirements are needed to implement Sales objectives including clerical, scheduling, data management, maintenance of records, communication, and information dissemination.
  • Support departmental strategic planning, goal setting, priority completion, evaluation and assessment, and data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • History of managing or supervising a customer service team preferably in the fitness industry.
  • We prefer a college degree or college level courses.
  • Basic knowledge of business administration and best practices, processes, and terminology
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to customer service, dedication to professionalism, organizational excellence, and success through teamwork.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency with standard business software applications: word processing (e.g. Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (e.g. Excel), communications and scheduling (e.g. Outlook)
  • Self-directed, collaborative and task motivated.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptable to managing changing business needs.
  • Open to learning and adapting to change.
  • CPR, AED and First Aid training and certification preferred.
STATUS:
  • This is an FLSA Non-exempt position.
  • This is not an OSHA high-risk position.
