Job Description:

SUMMARY

Build the service team and lead the O&M work of all the BESS project sites for the assigned region. Work with commissioning team to get the new project in the assigned region successfully commissioned. Manage all the BYD assets, receive customer warranty claims and provide the guaranteed warranty service in the assigned region.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Work with commissioning team to get the new projects in the assigned region successfully commissioned and handed over into warranty period.
  • Build, manage and train the local service team or third-party contractor in the assigned region.
  • Customer technical and warranty claims interface for all the BESS projects in the assigned region for warranty period.
  • Work with local team and oversea design team to provide the solutions for all the warranty claims in the assigned region.
  • Build and conduct the annual maintenance plan for all the projects in the assigned region.
  • Master the troubleshooting skills for the BESS projects and instruct the daily work for local service team;
  • Provide the monthly O&M report for all the BESS projects in the assigned region.
  • Manage spare parts within the region and maintain a stable and safe inventory for operations.
  • Manage and record the important tools and equipment provided to maintenance personnel within the region.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with a multinational team under demanding timelines.
  • Represent the Department at internal and external meetings when instructed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position requires long-term outdoor work, the need to learn and master specialized debugging software, and the use of various types of basic electrical tools.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and fax machines.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
  • Over 2 years' customer service management experience.
  • Over 1 year work background for new energy area.
