Job Description:
OverviewCoordinates, manages, and performs a wide variety of administrative duties to support CHHA regional operations. Assists regional leadership with coordination and execution of tasks to meet the department and VNS Health goals and objectives. Works under moderate supervision.Compensation:$28.09 - $35.08 Hourlyâ ¢ Assists regional leadership with preparation of correspondence, data and drafting materials for presentations, reports, publications, etc.â ¢ Serves as a liaison between VNS Health departments and program/region for follow up on issues related to educational programs, time management, health care compliance, uniforms, facility problems, equipment tracking of assigned items, etc.â ¢ Assists in monitoring the regional budget. Processes bills and invoices, prepares check requests, assists with expense reporting and performs other aspects of a routine financial nature. Keeps Vice President informed of status.â ¢ Provides project development, implementation, and monitoring, data collection, and analytical support for projects identified to support the CHHA operations. Participates in the creation and delivery of presentations on project status and outcomes to leadership.â ¢ Schedules meetings and events, arranges logistics and equipment needs, prepares and distributes meeting notifications and invitations, establishes attendance list. Prepares agenda and materials for meetings. Takes and prepares minutes as needed. Follows up with participants to ensure assigned activities are completed within project deadlines and advises regional leadership of status, as directed.â ¢ Receives, opens, sorts and directs incoming mail and routes outgoing mail to the appropriate area for action. Prepares and sends mailings and packages.â ¢ Answers and screens telephone calls, responds to inquiries from the community and within VNS Health, takes messages, routes calls and follows up, when appropriate.â ¢ Orders and maintains inventory of department supplies and equipment. Calls for services or equipment repairs as necessary.â ¢ Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation: Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related discipline required and Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related discipline preferred.Work Experience:Minimum two years of progressively responsible office or business management experience, preferably in a health care setting required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
