Job Description:

Position Purpose: Support, manage, and direct operational needs and supervise site leaders of Trans Ova facilities and satellites within the specified region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor profitability, efficiency, and effectiveness of operational units:

* Visit monthly with site managers to address any changes, needs, or issues.

* Receive and review monthly financials for operating units within region.

* Encourage, review and monitor minutes, scorecards, huddle boards, etc. from each site within region.

* Review monthly client surveys and follows up on client feedback pertaining to operations within region.

* Visit TOG sites/facilities that house TOG teams 2-4 or more times / year.

* Work and communicate laterally with Regional Business Manager to support sales and achieve growth targets:

* Collaboration while addressing satellite center needs and concerns.

* Communicate updates to the COO for information flow to the Leadership and Executive teams:

* Has monthly one on one checkups with COO.

* Coordinate with other ROMs to ensure consistency in service delivery and product output:

* Participate in any regularly scheduled Operations meetings.

* Directly communicate with other ROMs for troubleshooting, clarification, relating, etc.

* Supervise site managers within region:

* Has monthly one on one checkups with direct reports.

* Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws (interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems).

* Function as a regional leader in approving budgets, pay reviews, job offers, position requests from region.

* Create, feed, and foster an inviting workplace and thriving work-culture to aid in team job satisfaction.

* Ensure team members are working safely.

* Follow Trans Ova's policies and procedures.

* Maintain a professional image reflective of Trans Ova's industry position.

* Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education Requirements:

Minimum high school diploma or G.E.D.

Bachelor's degree required preferably in science or business field.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

Ability to travel periodically to perform site visits (10-20%)

Other skills/experience:

Minimum of two (2) years of operational experience in a bovine reproduction business preferred

Prior supervisory skills preferred.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask.

Excellent relational and relationship building abilities
