You will be responsible for the operational strategy and the development of all Regional Managers and Retail Territory Managers within the Division. This person will assist in the development of the sales strategic plan and vision for a field sales team calling on Home Depot, Lowe's and Ace Hardware. You'll get to:+ Aid in delivering sales results by ensuring operational excellence and execution within the Division.+ Ensure successful field expansion through managing on-boarding program.+ Set operational Regional Manager monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for all Stanley Black & Decker Portfolios.+ Operationally develop team of Regional Managers and Retail Territory Managers through coaching and existing measurement tools.+ Develop and implement strategy to improve Market manager Business Acumen+ Take lead with MET relationships within Division to foster partnerships and develop best practices.+ Create strategy to effectively balance and manage inventory within the Division+ Partner with DSM to execute Review process to develop Regional Managers and track Manager Business Objectives (MBO's) to measure team's performance.+ Play a lead role in interaction with Home Depot and Lowe's Headquarter team and the Channel/Product team.+ Travel throughout the territory up to 75%**The Person**You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
