In this critical role as Regional Operations Support Manager, you will oversee operational expenditures across multiple dining service locations, ensuring efficient resource utilization to maximize profitability and service quality. Your leadership will drive the strategic financial management and operational excellence of our dining services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and financial performance across all operations.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain high standards of quality in every aspect of the foodservice operation, from food preparation to customer service.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere strictly to regional and account-specific policies and programs.
- Operational Reporting: Maintain accountability through accurate and comprehensive reporting, ensuring transparency and enabling data-driven decisions.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday with opportunities for travel to various regional sites, providing a chance to impact multiple operations directly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Required experience includes managing Multi-Unit Operations and Production Facilities.
- Must have a solid understanding of P&L accountability and experience with contract-managed service operations.
