SaVida Health is seeking a Regional Outreach Coordinator to plan, direct, and coordinate activities to create a positive image and raise awareness for our community!SaVida Health, a private equity backed healthcare company, provides outpatient opiate and alcohol addiction treatment services. SaVida Health's care model includes medical care, counseling, comprehensive toxicology testing, case management and medical management of psychiatric medications. SaVida Health is headquartered in Nashville, TN and currently operates in Massachusetts, Delaware, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Tennessee and Virginia and is developing the capability to expand rapidly to meet the needs of patients suffering from opiate and alcohol addiction.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: - Be the point person for addiction services outreach and referral development within a specified geography.
- Build relationships with patients, local hospitals, community agencies, and other healthcare providers.
- Identify the decision makers in complex organizations and build relationships that lead to increased referrals to SaVida treatment centers.
- Work with local discharge planners to facilitate warm handoffs of clients needing outpatient addiction services.
- Work directly with referred and existing patient population to reduce missed appointments and improve overall patient capture/retention.
- Lead all local marketing efforts within each community served by SaVida Health in the designated geography.
- Be the face of SaVida Health in each local community and drive visibility and open lines of communication with all available referral resources.
- SaVida is one of the few outpatient addiction providers that measures and manages clinical outcomes. The successful candidate will be able to clearly articulate the reasons that patients are more likely to achieve successful recovery at SaVida.
- Participate in meetings and committees as requested
- Perform other duties as needed or requested
POSITION REQUIREMENTS - Background in addiction medicine or behavioral health highly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in public relations, marketing, or community counseling.
- Day travel throughout assigned region expected
- At least two (2) years of experience and proven track record in Community/Patient outreach and grass roots marketing preferred
- Outstanding verbal, written communication and presentation skills required
- Must be friendly with a positive attitude and understanding of Addiction and Substance Use Disorder
- Detail-orientated with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
