Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the field service network in the assigned region.
- Provide technical support in resolving escalated product issues.
- Offer product training and support for major product installs.
- Negotiate labor rates for authorized service agreements.
- Monitor and improve the quality of service provided by authorized service agents.
- Provide ongoing technical training to Sales Representatives, customers, Installers, and authorized Service agents.
- Serve as liaison between field and Engineering department in identifying performance or quality issues.
- Interface with local code officials to address code issues.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Plumbing/HVAC/Electrical or Gas License required.
- Minimum 5 years of troubleshooting experience with residential and commercial gas water heaters and boiler systems.
- Previous experience in training/teaching required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
