Overview:

Join Virginia Housing and help make a difference as a Regional Portfolio Manager.

This important role will oversee a regional team responsible for a portfolio in the Richmond area as well as a portfolio in parts of southside and southwest Virginia. Responsibilities include oversight for all activities relating to the financial oversight, physical monitoring, and compliance monitoring of properties in the Virginia Housing portfolio. This includes all aspects of monitoring and ensuring mortgagor/owner compliance with eligibility, income, occupancy, and regulatory requirements imposed by Virginia Housing and the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program.

To be successful in this role you must possess:

• Many years of experience in the asset management and/or compliance field with regulatory requirements of various IRS and HUD programs (5+ years preferred)
• A bachelors degree or equivalent
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook.

The ideal candidate would also have:

• Advanced degree and industry-related designations such as the CPM, and HCCP
• Previous management experience.

Hiring Range: $106,816 $138,858
