JOB SUMMARY
The Regional Practice Manager reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The Regional Practice Manager will support the day-to-day operations of healthcare centers in their Region, utilizing best practices and continuous improvement techniques to maximize efficiency and care quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning
- Implement and monitor operational performance metrics for health centers in the region. Collaborates with internal and external partners to assist in developing and implementing population health solutions
- Actively participate in analytical review and forecasting processes to measure the success of health center operations
- Conduct and monitor health center and regional budgets and expenses
Project Management
- Collaborate with the Clinical Providers to develop and implement innovative health and wellness programs Collaborate with Executive Team members to launch new health centers in the region
- Continually evolve processes and tools utilized to effectively and timely manage all Regional Services
- Works collaboratively marketing team to develop marketing materials and events for the region
- Ensure that regional facilities remain safe, compliant, and meet Solidaritus standards
Continuous Learning and Personal Development
- Maintain current knowledge of trends and issues in health care and related fields
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and continuously seek to build new positive relationships.
Teambuilding and Coaching
- Create a supportive and engaging environment for regional staff and providers
- Lead and participate in regional meetings
- Provide medical assistants, nursing, and support staff with the training, coaching, and ongoing mentoring needed to meet Solidaritus' standards and fulfill their individual development plans
- Ensure health center teams are functioning optimally and staffed appropriately

- Ability to travel frequently between regional health centers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated progressive experience, with 5 years in healthcare clinic operations, and developing a performance culture among a group of diverse, talented individuals.
- Experience documenting and developing policies and procedures
- Experience directly training and supervising medical assistants, nurses, or phlebotomists
- Ability to connect clinical staff both on an individual level and in groups; capacity to enforce accountability, develop and empower staff.
- Familiarity with health center compliance standards
- Strong background in value-based care, quality management, performance improvement
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Electronic Health Records, and budgeting tools
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- BS in Healthcare Administration, required
- Licensed Nurse (RN, LPN, LVP) preferred

Salary Range $83,000 - $90,000 annually
