Who you are:
As a Regional Properties Supervisor, you are a key communicator. You will be responsible for the coordination of properties related projects for an area with 15 or more financial centers. In this role, you will ensure the effective operation and maintenance of the bank's owned properties and a course of action for improvements. You will help bring value to the organization by not only spearheading change but by implementing tangible results that our customers can see. More than that, this role is about ensuring efficient and effective collaboration and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.
What you'll do:
* Liaison to local vendors in coordinating and ensuring that all services rendered are cost effective and in a responsive manner
* Liaison to Regional President, Regional Operations Manager, Market Presidents, and Building/Landlord Managers in coordination and ensuring that all properties issue are addressed
* In accordance with procedures, reviews, recommends, implements, and oversees all projects relation to the properties issues
* Ensure that property procedures are communicated and assist in implementation in each financial center
* Ensure the effective operation and maintenance of the bank's owned properties, conducts periodic inspections of all locations in the area and recommends to properties a course of action
* Assist the properties department in all projects and ongoing duties
* Assist in the remodel of financial centers and the construction of new financial centers to include architects, contractors and other service vendors
* Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you'll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Availability to be on call at all times for facility emergencies or scheduled after hours projects
* Availability for field work 2-4 days out of the week and occasional travel to other regions for training/cross training
* Ability to continuously monitor/coordinate various projects, work orders, and daily facility related operations
* Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional preferred skills:
* Previous experience with facilities, property management, or property maintenance
* Experience managing vendors and service providers
