Key Responsibilities:
As the Regional Property Director, you will:
* Oversee Portfolio: Manage an assigned portfolio of properties, ensuring they meet financial and operational goals.
* Strategic Leadership: Implement policies and procedures aligned with the company's strategic objectives related to property management.
* Team Development: Recruit, supervise, and support management teams to drive success across your properties.
* Operational Excellence: Ensure high occupancy and collection rates, and lead successful lease-ups within your region.
* Travel & Engage: Bring enthusiasm to the role and be willing to travel within the assigned region to manage and support your teams.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum of 4 years' experience as a District/Regional Manager overseeing multiple properties, with 5 to 7 years in affordable housing programs, including LIHTC.
* Leadership: Proven ability to recruit, lead, and develop successful management teams.
* Success in Lease-Ups: Track record of maintaining high occupancy and collection rates.
* Certifications: Certified Property Manager (CPM) or other industry designations are preferred.
* Passion for Affordable Housing: A commitment to quality, excellence, and creating communities where residents can live comfortably and affordably.
