We are actively seeking a dynamic, hands-on Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple communities in Iowa with the potential to include surrounding states as our growth continues. Applicants will have several years of progressive property management experience, able to collaborate with property owners to develop goals/objectives, create/exceed budgets. Responsible for managing multiple priorities while providing support to the assigned region's teams, conducting effective site visits, reviewing leasing/occupancy activity, making recommendations to maximize NOI. Experience with affordable properties is a plus. Successful candidates will also have strong teambuilding skills and leadership, communication, customer focus and relationship building skills. This company is poised for positive change and growth and is looking for the right fit to join the team. Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to travel within IA and the surrounding states
- Ability to occasionally attend meetings after business hours
- Strong leadership skills and financial management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to continually multitask
- Communicate effectively with a wide variety of people to include building owners, asset managers, site and compliance staff, and apartment residents.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Property management experience, preferably multi-site experience including association management
- Real Estate License or commitment to complete in 3 mo. - paid for by Paramark!
