Job Description:

One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire for a Regional Property Manager to assist with portfolio operations across the North Carolina / Southern Virginia market. This position will be supporting multiple properties (residential and commercial) in Charlotte but will require occasional travel to meet with executives in Raleigh or Richmond. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of these properties, including conducting property inspections, improving occupancy, managing budgets, financial reports and performance metrics, and overseeing a staff of 4 individuals. This will be a fully onsite job (Monday-Friday) and candidates can work out of our client's offices in Richmond, Raleigh or Charlotte. Required Skills & Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-site management role. Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel within the region as required. Proficiency in property management software (Yardi) and Microsoft Office Suite Nice to Have Skills & Experience -Bachelor's Degree -Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) -Knowledge of CoStar, Rent.com, Apartments.com Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
