Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5 years of regional or related property management experience.
- Experience managing teams of 5-6 employees.
- Strong financial analysis, sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of budgets and financial statements.
- Real Estate License preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve operational, financial, and business performance goals for the portfolio and individual communities.
- Lead and support site staff.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors.
- Promote client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market data and develop annual budgets.
- Communicate effectively with clients, residents, vendors, and peers.
- Maintain property appearance and standards.
- Complete HR, financial, administrative reports and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and laws (e.g., Fair Housing, Landlord/Tenant laws).
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year.
