Job Description:

Excellent Direct Hire Opportunity for a Regional Property Manager to join our Residential Property Management client in Irvine, CA

Annual Salary: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 depending on experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or the equivalent of education and experience
  • Progressive responsibility in multi-family, with 5+ years of experience at the scattered, multi-site level managing a large team
  • Third-party management, vendors and services
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have multi-site experience comprising of single family and multifamily experience
  • Strong knowledge of computers and technology including cloud-based software and applications
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Valid driver's license and no major moving violations
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Supports and executes strategies related to property management operations by directing the team members on the assigned portfolio of properties.
  • Manage several properties (Korea Town, Pasadena, Brea, Downey, and Long Beach area)
  • Implement the policies, procedures, and practices that enable each property to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives.
  • Ensure all properties within the portfolio meet or exceed budgeted financial goals, including NOI, occupancy rates, and revenue targets.
  • Monitor (KPIs), such as rent growth, lease renewal percentages, and expense control
  • Conduct regular property visits to assess operations, identify areas for improvement, and support onsite teams in finding solutions.
