Job Description:

Summary:

The Regional Quality Manager is responsible for administering and contributing to company quality program and project quality plans, providing supervision and leadership to the quality team. The primary objective is to ensure compliance to the quality management system and to drive continuous improvement. The incumbent ensures that all product and service output comply with all company, regulatory, customer and other requirements. The Regional Quality Manager will work closely with Corporate Quality Manager, Regional and Corporate Senior leadership to ensure successful implementation of the quality program.

Essential Job Functions:

* Develop and implement a company-wide quality strategy, addressing regional needs and gaps.

* Monitor trends, and update procedures to meet company and client requirements.

* Align quality strategies with company goals, incorporating regional insights.

* Define and track key metrics using data analytics to support improvements.

* Prepare documentation to support quality initiatives and address regional challenges.

* Conduct audits and supplier evaluations, ensuring corrective actions for noncompliance.

* Collaborate with peers and managers to set strategic objectives and drive improvements.

* Collect and review client feedback to identify and act on improvement opportunities.

* Detect, document, and correct product deviations while mitigating risks proactively.

* Train management and staff on quality systems and improvement plans, focusing on team development.

* Enforce quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regional regulations.

* Improve quality and safety techniques using innovative technologies and best practices.

* Build relationships with regulatory agencies and key customers to enhance quality outcomes.

* Stay updated on quality standards and compliance through training and seminars.

* Adapt to evolving business needs and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction, Finance, or Business Management preferred.

* Ten (10) years' industrial oilfield Quality Control experience; AND five (5) years in a supervisory experience.

* ISO 9001 experience preferred.

* Current and valid Driver's License.

* Knowledgeable of oil and gas field construction phases, support services and electrical & mechanical products related to the oil and gas industry.

* Knowledgeable of commercial electric power construction & installation phases within public utilities.

* Thorough knowledge of quality standards, such as ISO 9001 related to Manufacturing preferred.

* Computer skills commensurate with program and job applications.
