This is a great opportunity to help grow the Quality and Food Safety culture and reinforce end to end Quality in North America Region. In this role you will have the opportunity to grow your skillset and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support quality in this fast paced and dynamic industry.

The Quality Manager will be part of an integrated team of Quality professionals which ensures compliance to company quality and food safety policies and programs, and support quality activities driving continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities

* Support the Regional team to drive the Quality Assurance and Quality Control agenda. Lead projects related to Quality programs implementation at regional level.

* Partner with sites' teams to drive continuous quality improvement. Work with the sites to support successful implementation and compliance of the dsm-firmenich management system, ensuring a robust and effective local management system is in place.

* Build relationships with internal and external customers from Production sites, as well as with North America and Global stakeholders: Operations, Quality, Customer Support and Commercial. Act as a bridge between Commercial teams and production sites, assuring seamless communication with customers.

* Analyze and report regional KPI's data and trend.

* Support the manufacturing sites and Regional Management on collecting data and analyzing for non-conformities and product related issues. Work with the teams to support investigations and develop action plans.

* Conduct and support supplier audits.

* Become proficient in dsm-firmenich systems.

You bring

* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Microbiology/Food science or related scientific field.

* 7+ years of experience in a quality assurance

* Extensive background in food industry highly preferred

* 5+ years leadership skills preferred.
