POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Sales Coordinator position is a key role in supporting the DePuy Synthes Field Sales Organizations. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the field within the assigned areas/regions. The ideal candidate is professional, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and possesses exceptional customer service skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Provide diverse administrative and subject matter expert support to multiple sales leaders and their respective areas/regions.

+ Assist with Human Resources-related processes including position posting, on-boarding, off-boarding, and transfers for the field sales organization.

+ Collect and consolidate data for analysis, prepare communications and presentations, and maintain monthly reports.

+ Coordinate travel and off-site area/regional meetings; may also require onsite meeting facilitation.

+ Process check requisitions and invoice payments for Area/Regional business expenses.

+ Interact with internal partners to support continuous process improvements and make decisions to meet future needs of the team and the business.

+ Provide guidance related to training, policies, and other miscellaneous requests to assigned teams.

+ Perform administrative requirements and other duties assigned in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner.

**Qualifications**

Education:

+ Minimum of an associate's degree is required. Undergraduate or advanced degree is preferred, focused on business.

Experience and Skills:

+ Minimum of four (4) years of related business experience required. Customer Service, Commercial Operations, and/or Sales Operations experience is preferred.

+ Strong project management and organizational skills is required.

+ Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment is required.

+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.

+ Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously is required.

+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills is required.

+ A candidate who demonstrates adaptability and collaboration is required.

Other:

+ May require up to 10% travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $51,450 to $82,110.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

+ Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year.

+ Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.

+ Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year.

+ Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
