Are you a high-performance salesperson ready for that next step? If so, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex in the medical sales / home health industry. As our Regional Sales Manager, you will be over the day-to-day activity of 5 -6 Account Representatives.Your responsibilities will include:- Establish a high-performance sales culture that is laser-focused on goals and results with Account Managers feeling supported, valued, and appreciated while being held accountable - Sales Manager exemplifies the Company Purpose and Core Values through their daily actions - Attract, train, develop and manage talent to achieve and exceed sales targets- Establish sales process to ensure Account Managers move up or move out- Top 3 highest value, highest payoff activities- Conducting one-on-one meetings with Account Managers- Leading sales team meetings- Working alongside (observing, coaching, training) salespeople when they are with customers and prospects [spend between 1/3 to 2/3 of the time each week in the field]- Identifying and segmenting market territories for Account ManagersSalary, bonus potential, company car, company credit card, medical, dental, vision, life.
