We're recruiting a Medical Device Outside Sales Representative for our client's Salt Lake City-based territory. The successful candidate will sell medical devices for a leading Surgical Magnification/Illumination company, primarily used for microsurgical operations and dental procedures globally. The position is open to recent grads or those with 1-3 years of sales experience, including entry-level candidates with suitable backgrounds.
Territory: includes Utah (about 80% of business within 1.5 hours of Salt Lake City), Nevada (mainly Las Vegas), Albuquerque, and Santa Fe.
The Sales Representative will sell surgical and dental visual enhancement products to surgeons, hospitals, dentists, dental hygienists, surgical residency programs, dental schools, dental hygienist schools, and ophthalmologists.
Travel: This position requires traveling and attending work conferences and trade shows four to five times a year.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- 85% of the work involves following up on leads provided by the company.
- Meeting with medical professionals and attending professional conferences annually.
