This is a remote sales position for the Southeast region and the Northeast region. We are hiring 2 people. One for each region. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading and executing sales strategies within an assigned geographic area, with a specific focus on Zavation Medical Products, LLC's Interventional Pain segment. This role involves maintaining key customer relationships, exceeding sales targets, and acting as a brand ambassador for the company. The Regional Sales Manager will facilitate the education and training of Zavation's Kypho and SIJ Fusion techniques, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic priorities.
Responsibilities: - Be a role model and brand ambassador for the company culture.
- Facilitate, lead, and coach the Interventional Pain strategies and priorities of Zavation Medical Products, LLC, within an assigned geographic area.
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop/implement strategies to exceed customer expectations.
- Contribute to the overall sales process, ensuring achievement of applicable sales metrics.
- Develop and negotiate pricing policies, including high volume discounts and terms and conditions for high-profile customers and channel partners.
- Provide education and training to pain specialists and interventional radiologists on Zavation's Kyphoplasty and SI Joint Fusion techniques and instrumentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and market penetration.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales representatives to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Represent Zavation Medical Products, LLC, at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company's products and vision.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of sales experience, preferably in medical device industry.
- Experience working with surgeons, pain specialists, and interventional radiologists.
- Knowledge of anatomy and spine to facilitate education and training on Zavation's Kypho and SIJ Fusion techniques and instrumentation.
- Proven and documented track record of driving sales results.
- High learning agility, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and high emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding coaching abilities and leadership skills, with the capacity to lead through ambiguity.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Strong knowledge and relationships with key stakeholders, including Pain Specialists, Interventional Radiologists, and Sales Reps/Distributors.
