About the Job

The Regional Sales Manager at PROformance OM will play a key role in driving sales, building relationships, and ensuring business growth across our targeted regions. This individual will develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and oversee market expansion while maintaining alignment with the company's innovative breakroom and fresh food solutions. This position will require frequent travel within the assigned territory and collaboration with senior leadership.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Compensation:

Base salary of $50,000 per year with uncapped commission potential. Total annual earnings range from $65,000 to $100,000+ per year, depending on performance.

A Short List of Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies focused on driving revenue, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and building new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, distribution partners, and national accounts while serving as the primary point of contact for the assigned territory.
  • Conduct market analysis and leverage insights to expand PROformance OM's footprint in the breakroom solutions industry.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create and implement product presentations, demos, and account acquisition strategies.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and convert leads into sales through innovative and tailored approaches.
  • Monitor and evaluate KPIs, providing accurate field reports on market trends, client feedback, and competitive activity.
  • Recommend product or service enhancements based on market trends and customer requirements.
  • Represent the region as a member of the sales leadership team, actively participating in strategy discussions and driving execution plans.

Qualifications We Seek

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with success in account acquisition, negotiation, and revenue generation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships at all levels.
  • Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region to meet clients and prospects.
