** Regional Sales Manager - Northeast Region**

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within their region. Manages multiple states within a region and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each territory. Designs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies. Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume. The RSM will be responsible for driving new oncology business, maintaining customer relationships and meeting and exceeding sales targets for their region.
* Bachelor's degree with a minimum 5 years of experience in oncology sales
* Previous sales management experience preferred
* Ability to travel up to 75%
* Ability to manage and train the sales team and responsible for the regions sales performance
* Preferred location is the greater NY/NJ area, Boston, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, or Virginia. Must be close to a major airport.
