Responsible for sales and customer service for US Commercial customers including Distributors and Dealers in the Southeastern Region. 5 total territories will make up the US Field Sales force. Provides international sales and training support as needed.* Relocation fees will not be provided for this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. - Develops and implements sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Compiles sales forecasting activities.
- Reviews market dynamics to determine customer needs and pricing.
- Supports domestic, two step distribution Sales activity and coordinates deliveries.
- Advises dealers, distributors, and customers concerning sales and advertising opportunities.
- Analyzes sales statistics to propose sales policy and assist dealers in promoting sales of product line.
- Advises product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line.
- Maintains records and ensures that all transactions are performed and documented in accordance with the requirements of ATF, US Customs, State Department, foreign government and other relevant regulatory bodies.
- Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
- Coordinates and participates in trade shows to generate sales.
- Travel within the US and abroad. 75% travel.
- Analyzes and controls expenditures of department to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales.
- Manages sales, documentation and order fulfillment.
- Must be able to set up exhibit at trade shows and demonstrate all products produced at BFMI.
- Must be able to demonstrate and train in the field, possibly in adverse conditions, the safe use and maintenance of all BFMI products.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisor or management.
