Regional Sales Manager - SoutheastWe are searching for an experienced Regional Sales Manager - Southeast at our United States facility.Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Candidates are required to reside or be willing torelocate to the Southeast region of the United States. Territory includes GA, FL and Alabama, but there may be room for expansion. Primary Responsibility: Strategically manage the key accounts and OEMcustomers to cultivate positive partnerships and increase sales.Duties and Responsibilities:- Meet assigned revenue objectives. (Quota)- Cultivate new business opportunities with existing accounts.- Communicate emerging market demands and new product requirementsto effectively compete in the marketplace.- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order torecommend specific products and solutions.- Support the customers with technical assistance and training - Complete all necessary administrative functions including but notlimited to, forecasting, new business development, quotations, orderentry.- Actively use CRM to the expectations of the organization - Foster cross-selling of OneMaxcess - Provide all necessary competitive information regarding pricetargets and production locations.- Other duties as assigned to meet departmental and Company objectives.Required Qualifications:Experience:- Prior die cutting, converting or flexographic experience required (minimum of 5 years)- Prior technical or industrial sales experience is preferredOther Candidate Qualifications:- Demonstrated knowledge of flexographic printing techniques, product design for manufacturability and production methods required to meet customer requirements.- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university is preferred- Good verbal and written communication skills- Good basic mechanical aptitude- Excellent organization and follow through skillsPhysical Requirements:- Must be able to make sales calls at the customer location.- Must be able to travel to customer locations by car or flight to customers locations throughout the United States.- Up to 75% travel to customer locations required.- Working from home office with proper ergonomic set-up is required.- Work in conditions typical of a manufacturing environment - noise, dust, odors, etc.- Able to wear required personal protective equipment - safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time.#LI-REMOTESalariedOur company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
