Our client, a leading international designer and manufacturer specializing in high-quality dairy comfort equipment, is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Representative for the Eastern US region (preferably MI, OH, IN, or PA). Renowned for their innovation and commitment to excellence in the dairy industry, they are looking for a dynamic professional to join their team.As the Regional Sales Representative for the Eastern US territory, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and supporting the dealer network. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will drive growth, enhance customer relationships, and promote cutting-edge dairy solutions across the region.Key Responsibilities:Expand Network: Prospect and onboard new dealers while nurturing relationships with existing ones.Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for all customers in the territory, addressing their needs and inquiries.Training and Support: Provide commercial and technical training to dealers and organize customer training sessions as needed.Promotion: Advocate for company innovations through collaborations with research institutions, universities, and regional opportunities.Event Participation: Represent the company at trade shows, open houses, and other industry events.Strategy Development: Create and implement technical training, commercial strategies, and marketing plans for the distribution network.Product Launches: Lead the commercial introduction of new products and ensure effective market penetration.Account Management: Provide exceptional service to large accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit monthly activity reports and manage follow-up on payments as necessary.Desired Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales or territory management within the dairy cattle industry.Travel: Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.Documentation: Valid passport and driver's license; ability to travel internationally.Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus.Interested in this Opportunity?
