Our growing team is seeking a skilled and dedicated Regional Service Technician, specializing in the installation, startup, and maintenance of industrial hot water systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pump or boiler industry, with 5+ years of hands-on service experience working with various types of hot water systems. - Perform installation, startup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial hot water systems, including boilers, pumps, and related equipment.
- Conduct routine and emergency service visits to ensure optimal operation and customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and repair system malfunctions and other technical issues with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers, helping them understand system functionality and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate service records, complete detailed reports, and ensure timely communication with the service management team.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product updates, new technologies, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Work environmentCommercial laundry/shop environment with regular exposure to industrial machinery, possible noise, and respiratory pollutants. Wear PPE as required: uniforms, safety eye wear, masks, gloves, respirators, work boots, hard/bump hats, fall protection and ear protection.
