Regional Sr Designer
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Regional Sr Designer, are to:
* Megabrand activation in the region- assume the following responsibilities;
* Manage the execution of the megabrand design strategy for the region, leveraging consumer and customer insights and business strategies to create remarkable brand experiences;
* Manage the deployment of brand activation guidelines;
* Partner with activation agencies to ensure remarkable in-market execution;
* Regional Innovation- assume the following responsibilities;
* Manage visual design process for innovations that sit within an approved design system/ architecture;
* Manage the creation of visual design for key regional innovation;
* Define and deploy brand activation guidelines;
* Create, lead and/or partner with activation agencies to ensure remarkable in-market execution;
* Local pearls - assume the following responsibilities;
* Manage creation of remarkable design, inc. visual, science and shape expression, in alignment with design strategy;
* Create and deploy brand book & design intent guidelines to ensure consistent in-market execution;
* Define and deploy brand activation guidelines;
* Partner with activation agencies to ensure remarkable in-market execution.
* Overarching Design Responsibilities:
* Identify opportunities to create irresistible consumer experiences;
* Design leadership in cross-functional projects/teams;
* Ability to coordinate & lead E2E design activities for given projects, including, scope, brief & briefing, design review, budgets, and timing;
* Create and/or work directly with agencies to guide and influence project outcomes, to be aligned with overall design strategy;
* Aware of trends, consumer and customer opportunities and barriers as they relate to own work.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
* Qualification graphic design - or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent);
* Experience: Managing 'holistic' design across multiple touchpoints, from innovation to execution. A proven track record in building distinctive brand and consumer experiences, delivering notable commercial impact.

* Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe Creative Suite
* This role will require both design management (50%) and hands-on design skills (50%);
* Location: Role is hybrid (2 days remote/3 days in regional office)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent); with a minimum of 8 years' experience, Master's Degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 6 years' experience.
