The location of this position will serve the offices and programs located in the Eastern Region. This position ensures that the assigned Transition/Pre-ETS Programs provide the highest level of services, while maintaining compliance with prevalent rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and laws that govern their daily operation. The position will provide outreach and technical assistance to prospective Pre-ETS providers in the assigned region and will provide local training and consultation to VR and provider teams in the region, including producing and delivering written and verbal content through in-person and virtual meetings.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Provide case consultation to VR staff and providers regarding compliance and best practice recommendations consistent with Pre-ETS contract deliverables and Division policy for assigned region.
* Manages all aspects of programmatic monitoring of Pre-ETS providers and general VR transition services and will advise and consult with the local transition teams on the delivery of Pre-ETS and transition services to students with disabilities in the assigned area.
This position is preferrable housed within the Eastern Region and location will be determined upon hire.
