You'll oversee arbitration and mediation cases while developing relationships with key stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership for regional ADR servicesDevelop and implement plans to expand services and identify new business opportunitiesBuild relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partnersOversee recruitment and development of arbitrators and mediatorsManage complex arbitration/mediation casesLead and develop team of DirectorsManage regional budget and operationsRequirementsBachelor's degree required; Advanced degree (MBA, JD, or LL.M.) preferred5+ years of experience in ADR, legal services, or related field3+ years of management experienceStrong business development track recordExcellent communication and presentation skills15% travel required (regional and domestic)Must reside within 100 miles of either Detroit, Chicago, or ClevelandWork ArrangementHybrid (2 days on-site/week) or fully remoteProfessional home office setup required for remote workStandard business hoursQualified candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and results-oriented approach while maintaining high standards of integrity and confidentiality.#J-18808-Ljbffr
