Job Summary

Regional, based in California (LA) or Nevada (Las Vegas) (please only apply if you are willing to relocate or are currently in or near Los Angeles or Las Vegas)

Salary: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 + Bonus Eligibility

Job Description: Lead the HR function across a diverse region, ensuring that talent strategies align with the organization's goals. As the Regional Vice President of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance. Your leadership will drive initiatives that foster a strong workplace culture and empower employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; master's preferred
  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with regional or multi-location HR operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR strategy across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs
  • Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws
  • Provide guidance and support to HR managers across the region
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR goals with business strategies
