- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in the caregiving support industry.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive the recruitment, training, and development of sales professionals with a focus on promoting our caregiving support services.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes in the caregiving support sector.
- Provide valuable insights to the executive team to enhance overall business strategy in the context of caregiving and elderly support.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the caregiving and healthcare community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product strategies, emphasizing the unique needs of caregiving support.
Performance Metrics:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the caregiving support industry to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
